This flame sensor is the direct replacement for many York, Luxaire, Coleman, Coleman-Evcon, Fraser/Johnson, and Air Pro furnaces made by Unitary Products Group. This flame sensor is straight and measures 2-7/8" from mounting flange to tip. The exposed portion of the sensor tip is 2-1/2" long. The wire termination is a 1/4" quick connect terminal. This part replaces 024-27773-000, 025-25434-000, 025-25434-700, 025-27773-700, S1-02527773000 and S1-02527773700. Do not clean flame sensors with sandpaper- the grit will melt into glass and the sensor will not work. Clean with steel wool or a Scotchbrite pad.

This part is covered by the exclusive Duralight® two year limited replacement warranty when purchased from an authorized dealer. If this part fails within two years from date of purchase, return the defective part and a copy of the original invoice to the place of purchase for replacement.
