This flame sensor is the direct replacement for many Rheem, Ruud, and Weatherking gas furnaces. This flame sensor is used on intermittent (spark ignition) pilot systems. This part is the flame sensor rod only, the spark electrode is factory mounted to the pilot burner. If the spark electrode rod is defective, the pilot burner must be replaced. This flame sensor replaces Rheem Ruud Weatherking part numbers 62-21744-01, 6094-5605, 8404-5523, 8405-5609, and 8554-5516.

This part is covered by the exclusive Duralight® two year limited replacement warranty when purchased from an authorized dealer. If this part fails within two years from date of purchase, return the defective part and a copy of the original invoice to the place of purchase for replacement.
